1.1 These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated by FLOWBRICKS LTD at flowbricks.ltd (the "Website"), including all content, features, and services made available through the Website.

1.3 By accessing or using the Website, you ("user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

1.4 These Terms govern the use of the Website only. They do not govern the provision of our professional services (websites, SEO, marketing, design, concepts and strategy, platforms and portals, software and app development, brand identity, analyses and audits). Such services are governed exclusively by individual written service agreements concluded between FLOWBRICKS and the respective client.

2. Informational Nature of the Website

2.1 The Website serves to present our company, our services, and selected case studies of completed work. The Website is available in English and German and is directed at business customers (B2B) worldwide, including within the European Union and Germany.

2.2 All content on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that any content is complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

2.3 Case studies and project descriptions on the Website are illustrative examples of our work. They do not constitute a promise or guarantee of specific results for any future project.

3. No Contract Formed by Use of the Website — Quote Process

3.1 The presentation of services on the Website does not constitute a binding offer. Descriptions of services and the chat-based quote request funnel are non-binding invitations to submit an inquiry (invitatio ad offerendum).

3.2 Our quote process works as follows:

  1. You submit a project inquiry through our chat funnel or by email.
  2. We send you a written, fixed-price quote by email, normally within 24 hours.
  3. If you accept the quote in writing, a deposit of 25% of the agreed project price becomes due.
  4. Work on the project commences after receipt of the deposit.

3.3 A contract for services is concluded exclusively by written agreement (including by email or other durable written form) explicitly accepted by both parties. No contract is formed merely by using the Website, the chat funnel, or by receiving a quote.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content of the Website — including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, layouts, designs, case studies, concepts, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of FLOWBRICKS LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of Cyprus, the European Union, and international treaties. © 2026 FLOWBRICKS LTD. 4.2 You may view, download, and print content from the Website solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.2 If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU Member State, the choice of Cypriot law shall not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your state of residence (Article 6(2) Rome I Regulation).

10.3 The courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, over disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Website. If you are a consumer, statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

11. Changes to These Terms

11.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version, with its date of last update, is always available on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

12. Severability

12.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic intent of the invalid one.
