Lead magnet site and branding for a construction trade network
Brand · Web · Lead gen
Identity, marketing site, multi-step inquiry funnel, and local SEO pages for a certified master-trade network.

01 · Challenge
A trade network that coordinates every craft needs one face to the market — and a path from interest to qualified project without phone tag and PDF chaos.
02 · Move
Build a brand system and a lead magnet site: trust-first homepage, multi-step project intake, and location pages that convert local search into inquiries.
03 · Result
Shipped brand + site: mark and visual language, network positioning, guided lead funnel, and geo pages that keep one contact person in front of every trade.
The case
Construction networks lose leads when every craft looks like a separate shop. Homeowners want one person who owns the project — from first call to handover. The site has to say that before the phone rings.
We built the brand and the lead system together: a mark that signals a coordinated network, a homepage that sells the promise, a multi-step intake that qualifies the job, and city pages that catch local search.
The job
Energie Effizienz Zentrum sits in front of certified master businesses — electrical, solar, trades, and more. The commercial job is not “pretty website.” It is: turn interest into a structured inquiry, and make the network feel like one partner.
That means branding that looks institutional enough for BAFA-adjacent work, copy that names the offer without jargon fog, and a funnel that asks the right questions before a human spends an hour on a tyre-kicker.
What we shipped
Brand: a three-bar mark, navy and gold system, type, and imagery direction — people on site, modern builds, partner logos as proof. The mark doubles as a graphic motif on location pages.
Homepage: “Alle Gewerke. Ein Ansprechpartner.” Trust strip with certified partners. Direct path into project inquiry.
Lead magnet: a stepped form with progress, trade-specific options, and a named contact — so the conversion feels like a consultation booking, not a contact form. Location pages (e.g. Oldenburg) reuse the brand motif and push the same funnel with geo-specific copy.
Why we built it this way
Lead gen for trades fails when the form asks for a name and a hope. Qualification upfront protects the network and respects the homeowner’s time. Local pages matter because the search is local — the brand still has to feel national-grade.
That's how we build at FLOWBRICKS: one clear job, a visible path, and people where judgment closes the deal.
How it runs
- 01Brand system
Mark, type, navy/gold palette, and photography direction that read as certified network — not a single workshop site.
- 02Trust homepage
Clear promise, partner proof, and a path into the inquiry — one contact person for every trade.
- 03Lead magnet
Multi-step form that qualifies the project (trade, scope, urgency) before a human follows up within 24 hours.
- 04Local SEO
City landings with geo headline, local proof, and a CTA that keeps the inquiry in the same funnel.
